Hello

I'm Amy and have been baking cakes for the past 10 years. I am a mum to two beautiful children and they were the reason I got into baking cakes in the first place; with lots of fondant themed birthday cakes. But baking is now something I love, and am squeezing it in along side the Monday to Friday 'day job'.
