Collection/Shipping Policy

Collections -

All orders are to be collected on the agreed date and time.

If you are more than 20 mins late, then a LATE FEE will be charged when the cake is handed over. Please bare in mind that I am small home business and regrettably, can not be in all hours of the day.

Transporting the Cake -

All cakes must travel on a flat surface in your vehicle, ideally the front passenger seat footwell or the flat surface of the boot.

Please bare in mind the temperature of the vehicle, please turn the heating off and if you have the Air Conditioning put it on well before you collect the cake - especially on a hot day. Cakes are like any food and will change with the surrounding temperature. If your vehicle is hot the cake will start to melt.

Please drive very carefully as I am NOT to be held accountable for any damages which may occur once a cake has left my possession.

Payment Policy

Payment -

Once you have decided to go ahead with your custom order, I require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. This will be sent you via email with an invoice and the details of how to pay.

Order are NOT secured until the non-refundable deposit has been paid.

The full amount will be required to pay on collection, details of this will be in the order invoice previously sent.

Refunds -

Deposits are Non-Refundable. You can cancel your order 3 weeks before your agreed collection date, and the remaining balance will be cleared.

If you cancel within 3 weeks of your collection NO refunds or credits will be issued and the full balance will be due.

Health & Saftey Policy

I ensure that all health and safety precautions are strictly adhered to when making an order.

Whilst I take every care to ensure there is no cross-contamination, please be aware that all items are made in my home kitchen which handles allergens.

Allergen stickers are present on all products to ensure my customers know what is inside.
